TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reward points are available to registered customers only.

2. Customers can gain reward points by purchasing products, reviewing products, and following social media accounts among other methods. Customers have to be logged in when placing orders online and provide their details at the counter when buying in-store.

3. Tax and Shipping charges do not count towards reward points.

4. Reward Points are earned and redeemed by the email address on account only.

5. Reward points are non-transferrable.

6. Reward Points may only be redeemed for discount on purchases and have no cash value.

7. Purchases made prior to the implementation of the reward points system do not qualify for earning reward points.

8. USAGS reserves the right to cancel an account or adjust reward points at any time if deemed necessary.

9. Reward points can be redeemed by customers (‘if logged in’) by clicking on the rewards button on lower right hand side of screen. Then Click Ways to redeem and follow prompts to redeem points.

RETURN/EXCHANGE Policy: In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned reward points, such reward points will be deducted automatically from the account that was used for the eligible purchase.  Reward Points will be deducted as the same rate as they were earned.
